Since joining Novetex, a 50-year-old family-owned yarn spinner, in 2010, Ronna has spearheaded initiatives that aim to challenge and improve industry standards and practices.
The most recent new project is The Billie System, an innovative and patented textile upcycling process that endeavors to lessen environmental impact by recapturing the value of what is deemed “textile waste.”
In addition to her responsibilities at Novetex and The Billie Upcycling, Ronna is CEO of Novel Investment Partners Limited, and Director of Novelpark Investments Limited, where her work spans investment and portfolio manangement and property redevelopment.
Ronna is also CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Bai Xian Asia Institute (BXAI), which was established in 2014 to oversee the development and implementation of the Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program (AFLSP).

Doryun Chong was appointed the inaugural Chief Curator at M+, Hong Kong in 2013.
Since 2016 he has been also Deputy Director, Curatorial.
Over a decade, he has overseen all curatorial activities and programmes at M+, including collections, exhibitions, learning and public programmes, publications, and digital contents across the museum’s three main disciplinary areas of design and architecture, moving image, and visual art, as well as the thematic area of Hong Kong visual culture.
Leading up to and following the museum’s grand opening in November 2021, he has led the transformative growth of the M+ Collections and steered the museum’s curatorial direction and pedagogical practices of the museum’s exhibitions and programmes to foreground the transcultural and transnational narratives of twentieth- and twenty-first-century visual culture.
He curated and oversaw more than twenty exhibitions prior to the museum’s opening, including four editions of Hong Kong’s participation in the Venice biennale since 2015.
He co-curated with Mika Yoshitake “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now”, the most comprehensive retrospective of the celebrated Japanese artist to date, which opened to great critical acclaims and public receptions at M+ in November 2022 and toured to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in 2021, becoming one of the most visited exhibitions in that museum’s history.
Prior to joining M+, Chong worked in various curatorial capacities at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco (1999–2000), the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis (2003–2009), and the Museum of Modern Art in New York (2009–2013), curating several landmark exhibitions including major retrospectives of Tetsumi Kudo, Huang Yong Ping, and Haegue Yang, and the post-war survey Tokyo 1955–1970: A New Avant-Garde (2012).
He also coordinated the Korean Pavilion at the 49th Venice Biennale in 2001.
Chong has published and lectured widely and served on numerous award juries and public panels across Asia, North America, and Europe.

Born in France, Julien-Loic Garin came to Hong Kong in 2011 to join Le French May Arts festival in Hong Kong as the CEO, bridging French and Hong Kong cultures through over 120 events organised every year, including major exhibitions of Pablo Picasso, Claude Monet, the treasures from the Louvre Museum, or performances by Zingaro, Bordeaux Opera Ballet, Orchestre Philarmonique de Radio France, etc.
In 2017, he launched Lumieres Hong Kong, the city’s first light festival, dedicated to promoting Hong Kong’s art, culture and heritage to the general public.
Since 2019, Julien-Loïc Garin is the CEO of Le Cercle, a consulting and project lead company in the cultural field he founded, dedicated to support institutions, brands and corporates in the vision and implementation of cultural strategies and arts-related events between Europe and Asia.

Julien-Loïc Garin is currently the Executive Director of the Fondation de France in Asia. In his role, Patrick works with senior leaders to establish the 1.5°C Science-Based Targets (SBT) to align with the pathway of limiting global warming to 1.5°C, and to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. He also worked on developing the Green Finance Framework for Swire Properties’ first US$500 million green bond and HK$500 million sustainability-linked loan, responding to emerging areas of sustainability such as Climate-related Financial Disclosures aligned with TCFD, embodied carbon emissions analysis for new development projects, and a strategic assessment of the climate-related physical and transition risks and opportunities under various future climate scenarios.

Prof. Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE, is the Chief Development Strategist at the Institute for the Environment, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Previously, she held the positions of Special Consultant to the Office of the Chief Executive of the HKSAR Government on the ecological civilization aspects of the Greater Bay Area Outline Development Plan (2019-2020); and Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-2017). She was the CEO of Civic Exchange, an independent non-profit public policy think tank (2000-2012). Before that, Prof. Loh served as a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, first appointed in 1992 and later elected in 1995 and 1998. Earlier, she spent 14 years in the private commercial sector in commodities trading.

Fabrice Lumineau is a Professor in Strategic Management at HKU Business School, The University of Hong Kong.
His research investigates inter-organizational partnerships, the interplay between contract and trust in collaborative strategies, opportunism and ethical issues, and blockchain governance. He has received a number of scholarly awards such as the Best Paper Award from the Business Policy and Strategy division and the Most Influential Article Award from the Conflict Management division at the Academy of Management Conference, the Discovery Early Career Research Award from the Australian Research Council, and the Jay Ross Faculty Scholar Award at Purdue University.
So far, Prof. Lumineau has taught in six main fields and has received numerous teaching recognitions: Inter-Organizational Relationships and Partnerships (Ph.D. and MSc levels); Psycho-Cognitive Foundations of Strategy (Ph.D. level); Strategic Management (MBA, Executive MBA, MSc, and BBA levels); International Strategy (MBA, Weekend MBA, MSc, and BBA levels); Channel Management (MBA and BBA levels); and programs in executive education. Olivier was educated in France and holds double Master's degrees in Biology and Geology, as well as in Marketing and Communications. Alongside his Master's degrees, he is also a certified Gemologist, with accreditation from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and Nantes University (DUG). He further deepened his knowledge of gem markets and mining operations through his extensive field experience in various parts of the world, mostly in Thailand and Burma.
From 2011 to 2018, Olivier was the Director of the French Gemological Laboratory, the first gemology institution in the world founded in 1929. He focused on managing a team of gemologists; working with the world-class team to further advance the specialisms and expert standards of the Laboratory, while contributed research and published in different publications, such as Gems & Gemology and the Journal of Gemmology, particularly on natural pearls, his domain of expertise Olivier also regularly takes part in international conferences and is a featured lecturer on gemological topics.
Formerly part of the Scientific Council of L'ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, he joined L'ECOLE in 2018 as Scientific Director, helping in overseeing the School's educational policy and the relevance of its teaching materials. In 2022, he co-curated the exhibition "Gold and Treasures, 3000 Years of Chinese Ornaments" held in Paris. With his dedication to the industry, Olivier was involved in various international organizations, such as the French delegate for CIBJO and Vice President of the CIBJO Pearl Commission; Member of the RJC communication committee; and French representative for the ISO jewelry standards. He has also been the President of the French Gemology Association (AFG).
As the new Managing Director of L'ÉCOLE Asia Pacific, School of Jewelry Arts, Olivier will continue the mission to transmit the jewelry culture to a large, varied audience via the three pillars: Savoir-Faire, the Art History of Jewelry, and the World of Gemstones. In 2020, Siyang-Le led the first Spotlight event by Art Basel in Hong Kong, re-establishing an in-person platform for the art community to exchange ideas during the pandemic.
Siyang-Le joined Art Basel in 2012 from The Farook Collection, a private collection in the United Arab Emirates as the Collection Representative.
Concurrently, she managed the not-for-profit art space, Traffic and the artist studio, Satellite in Dubai where she focused her support on galleries, artists and young art professionals.
During her time in the Middle East, she also worked as a curator and writer, as well as co-founded The Mobile Art Gallery, an initiative that aims to bring contemporary emerging art to a broader audience.
Born in Mainland China, Siyang-Le grew up between Mainland China and the United Kingdom. She holds an M.A. in Modern and Contemporary Art from Christie’s Education and a B.S. in Urban Planning, Design, and Management from The Bartlett, University College London.

Marie-Aude started her career in Hong Kong in the early 90’s at Balenciaga perfumes.
She has always worked in luxury, occupying various functions from operational Marketing to Commercial, from Retail to Human Resources.
She has worked 15 years in Asia in total and has been global HRD at Van Cleef & Arpels for over 13 years.
Passionate about education and transmission, Marie-Aude has also been involved in various NGOSs and Institutions including, in HK, the International French Lycée and Kely and in France, United World Colleges and Libraries without Borders.

Carole plays a pivotal role in assisting luxury and premium brands in making well-informed decisions by harnessing valuable customer insights.
Before joining CXG, Carole held the position of Research Director at GfK for over a decade.
